Q: Where are you based and where are the clothing shipping from?

Kaela Kay is based in Brampton, Ontario Canada and all of the garments are shipped from Brampton, Ontario Canada.

Q: How long does it take for me to get my order?

All of Kaela Kay clothing is hand-made and it takes between 1-2 weeks for our production team to make the clothing. Shipping time depends on the shipping option you choose. Shipping time is ON TOP of the production time. Shipping times are as follows:

Within Canada:

Regular Parcel: 2 -5 business days

Xpress Post:  1-3 business day

 Within USA:

Tracked Packet USA AIR: 6 business days

Expedited Parcel USA:  4-5 business days

Xpress Post USA: 2-3 business days

Priority: 1 business day

International:

Small Packet International AIR – up to 2 weeks

Tracked Packet International AIR – up to 2 weeks

Xpress Post International – up to 10 business days

Priority: 1 business day

Q: what are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are based on a number of factors and are set by the shipping carrier. Kaela Kay has no control over shipping rates nor can we provide cheaper rates than what is provided by our carriers.  You can estimate the approximate cost of your shipment prior to purchasing.  All shipping rates are real time.

Q: Do you ship to my country?

Yes, most likely.  Kaela Kay ships worldwide.

Q: I don't have a PayPal account can I still purchase from your website?

Yes - PayPal offers a number of ways to pay for your Kaela Kay item including a major credit card.

Q: Do you offer tracked shipping?

Yes, all of the shipping options except for “Small Packet International AIR” have tracking. Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you and also saved on your shipping status.

Q: What does the status “Awaiting Fulfillment” mean?

This is the status until the order is shipped, at which time the status gets changed to “Shipped”. All orders are considerd “Awaiting Fulfillment” until they are “Shipped”.

Q: What are the care instructions for my product?

All of Kaela Kay clothing come labeled with care instructions. Hand wash or dry cleaning is recommended.

Q: Do you provide custom sewing services?

Yes we do! Including wedding party dresses, prom dresses and christening dresses. Email us at info@kaelakay.com with specific details of your request.

Q: Do you make pieces for men and children?

No we do not.

Q: I am looking for a piece from your previous collection but can’t see it on the site, what do I do?

If it is not listed on our site, it is most likely sold out. However, do email us at info@kaelakay.com as we do sometimes have pieces in our studio that we can mail to online customers.
